🎯 Role: Sales Engineer
We’re hiring a Sales Engineer to act as the technical bridge between our product and our customers. You’ll play a key role in our go-to-market team — partnering with Account Executives, supporting the sales cycle, and helping customers understand how Borderless works under the hood.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role where you'll combine deep product knowledge with commercial awareness to build confidence with prospects (Universities) and shape the sales process. You’ll also feed insights back into product and help influence the future of the platform.
🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing
- Run tailored product demos and technical walkthroughs for prospect Universities
- Respond to product-related queries during the sales cycle (compliance, data, security, integrations)
- Translate customer needs into solutions using the Borderless platform
- Feed technical requirements and market feedback into product and engineering
- Build demo environments, sales enablement materials, and documentation where needed
- Support pilots and early-stage customer onboarding alongside CS and Product
✅ You Should Apply If
- You’ve worked in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or Implementation role before
- You have a strong understanding of software platforms, ideally in B2B SaaS or tech-enabled services
- You’re comfortable explaining technical products to both commercial and non-technical audiences
- You enjoy solving customer problems and translating needs into actionable solutions
- You have strong collaboration and communication skills — you're confident in meetings, live demos, and written communication
- Bonus: You have experience working with immigration, legal tech, compliance, or regulated industries

- 30 min screening call with Talent

- Discovery call with our CTO to create a tailored pitch
- Final interview with Founders and Sales Director pitching your solution
