Our mission is to help large successful brands like Uber, Amazon, Wise, HelloFresh etc. put their customers at the centre of everything they do. Using best-in-class tech in a fast-developing AI space, our Customer Experience Intelligence (CXI) platform continuously analyses explicit and implicit feedback to enable our customers to identify what they should do next.
We're now looking for a talented Events & Community Manager to join the team!
👉 What you'll be doing:
Owning, developing and implementing an effective multi-channel marketing strategy for virtual and physical events - panels, webinars, roundtables, networking experiences etc - including pre-and post-event communications and attendee management.
Planning and running our events – virtual and in person – curating private events to attract and engage senior stakeholders.
Managing interactions with the Chattermill CAB (Customer Advisory Board) and Champions groups.
Owning the Chattermill Summit (February 2026).
Running regular G2 campaigns.
Implementing creative ways to further engage our community around our offerings.
Ensuring our partners are equipped to drive initiatives on our behalf in their regions.
Working with our wider team to develop the content, scripts and presentation deck for events (online and offline).
Implementing promotional activity to drive subscribers and attendees to our events, newsletter, etc.
Owning event debriefs and strategic review of success metrics.
Playing a big part in the company’s growth by filling the top of our funnel with marketing qualified leads.
🧰 What you’ll need:
Prior experience working with events for a high growth startup within a marketing function
Prior experience managing social media
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both internally and externally
The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and to deadlines
The ability to learn quickly and familiarise yourself with our product and messaging
The ability to think strategically when planning the year's events calendar
A good understanding of the technical elements needed to enhance events
A strong understanding of the event project management tech stack
Curiosity, a data-driven approach, and a result-oriented mindset
The ability to multi-task and manage priorities across numerous projects with exceptional attention to detail
Experience with sales operations, reporting, and working in a demand generation function
Strong social and pitching skills
The ability to build rapport rapidly, influence and negotiate
Creativity and problem solving skills
The ability to make decisions quickly during live events
