The DevOps & Platform Engineering team builds and operates shared cloud platforms that enable product and engineering teams to deliver software safely, quickly, and reliably. The team focuses on standardizing cloud infrastructure, strengthening security and reliability, and continuously improving delivery automation across environments and product lines.

Skills And Competencies
- Kubernetes and container orchestration expertise, with 2+ years of hands-on experience using Amazon EKS, including cluster security, scaling, and high availability
- Strong experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), including serverless technologies (Lambda, API Gateway, EventBridge, Step Functions) and core services such as IAM, VPC, S3, RDS, and CloudWatch
- Infrastructure as Code experience, with 2+ years using Terraform to provision and manage multi-environment cloud infrastructure
- Proficiency in CI/CD practices, including GitHub Actions, GitHub workflows, and Git-based development; experience with GitOps deployment patterns preferred
- Experience implementing observability solutions, including monitoring, logging, and alerting using CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, and Elastic (ELK) stack, with strong production troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of cloud security and compliance, including networking fundamentals, secrets management, secure configuration, and risk-based controls
- Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
The role is responsible for designing, operating, and continuously improving secure, scalable cloud platforms and delivery pipelines to support reliable cloud-native application delivery.
- Design, automate, and operate secure cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines to enable reliable and scalable application delivery
- Design, deploy, and manage Amazon EKS clusters, including networking, scaling, security hardening, and high-availability configurations
- Architect and implement AWS serverless solutions using managed services such as Lambda, API Gateway, EventBridge, and Step Functions
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform to support repeatable, governed, multi-environment deployments
- Build and improve CI/CD pipelines and GitOps practices using GitHub Actions and related tooling to increase deployment consistency and auditability
- Implement and maintain observability solutions, including monitoring, logging, alerting, and service-level indicators across platforms
- Troubleshoot complex production issues, lead incident response and root cause analysis, and drive preventive remediation
- Partner with engineering teams on security, reliability, documentation, and operational readiness, including on-call and disaster recovery planning
