🎬 We’re Hiring: Creative Video Editor (Bangalore/Remote)

We are looking for a Creative Video Editor

to work on micro-dramas, episodic series, and scripted digital content. If you love storytelling and can bring emotions, pacing, and drama to life through editing, we’d love to hear from you!

What you’ll do:

* Edit micro-dramas, short series, and episodic content with strong storytelling

* Build emotion, tension, and continuity through smart editing

* Shape performances using pacing, reaction shots, and rhythm

* Maintain consistent tone and mood across episodes

* Work closely with prompt engineers and the creative team

* Handle transitions, sound design, music, and pacing

* Adapt edits for vertical, short-form, and platform-specific formats

* Implement feedback while preserving the story’s impact

What we’re looking for:

* Experience in editing micro-dramas, web series, short films, or episodic content

* Strong storytelling and cinematic sense

* Proficiency in Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve

* Good understanding of pacing, continuity, and performance editing

* Ability to work independently from raw footage

* Strong communication and teamwork skills

Nice to have:

* Experience with After Effects or motion graphics

* Knowledge of sound design, dialogue editing, or basic color grading

* Familiarity with OTT or short-form drama platforms

* Understanding of audience retention and hook-based storytelling

* Experience working with tight deadlines
