Engineering Manager (Integrations)
AccuRx
How you'll be contributing to Accurx as an Engineering Manager (Integrations Team)...
Engineering Managers at Accurx are technologists who love helping teams solve customer problems. As EM of our Integrations team, you’ll lead the group responsible for delivering Accurx’s integrations with NHS third-party suppliers’ APIs and applications. Your work will ensure our products connect seamlessly, supporting effective and meaningful communication between healthcare professionals and patients.
You will collaborate with senior stakeholders in the business, including engineering leadership, security, and principal engineers, and will build and maintain close relationships with key stakeholders in our commercial and operations teams. You will understand how the Integrations team brings value to the business and will balance a strong sense of prioritisation when building our products alongside ensuring a high bar for engineering practices.
Working closely with your team, you’ll outline a strong vision for the roadmap of the Integrations team.
You’ll guide and influence the “Why” (our outcomes) and the “What” (the team’s roadmap), ensuring your engineers have clarity and direction.
You’ll also line manage engineers, supporting their growth and development while ensuring the team thrives.
