How you’ll fix communication in healthcare as a Staff BI Developer/Analyst...

At Accurx, you will be part of a team that's transforming healthcare communication with data. The goal is to evolve beyond static dashboards to use predictive, compelling data storytelling that resonates with NHS partners and internal teams. You will be at the heart of this journey, acting as a key technical leader within the BI team, and helping to grow the company's data maturity. Your insights will drive real-world improvements in care delivery and product development, influencing everyone from Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) to frontline staff. By the end of 2025, data at Accurx will not just support decisions, it will shape strategy, spark innovation, and connect healthcare teams and patients through shared understanding.

Your day to day tasks, should you choose to accept this mission 🤝…

  • Driving BI Excellence: You will lead key BI projects from start to finish, working with commercial teams to improve their data capabilities and embed data-informed decision-making. You will provide technical leadership across the organisation, mentoring junior analysts and fostering continuous improvement. You will also empower colleagues through data self-service initiatives and training on BI tools, and help teams define KPIs and success metrics.

  • Leading Solution Design and Turning Insight into Action: You will be the technical lead for designing, building, and maintaining dashboards and reports that show the impact of Accurx's products internally and externally. You will lead deep-dive analyses to inform go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and market expansion. You'll partner with Go-to-Market (GTM) and Customer teams to translate data into compelling narratives that inform decision-making.

  • Owning Governance and Quality: You will lead the creation and maintenance of data catalogues, dictionaries, and user documentation. You will promote and enforce strong data governance practices to ensure data is accessed and used securely and consistently. You will also work with Data Engineering to build presentation-ready data models and maintain secure, up-to-date BI environments.
