Healthcare systems are struggling; our solution is communication.
We have a bold vision: everyone involved in a patient’s care - including the patient - should be able to communicate easily with each other. And we believe every NHS staff member should be using our software to make that happen. We want to make healthcare genuinely better.
We are solving one of the biggest challenges of our generation, and to do this, we need the best talent possible to help us raise the bar… this is where you come in.
Our products are used daily (and you will have most certainly received a message from us) by over 98% of GP practices and half of NHS hospitals, impacting millions of lives. As an Implementation Lead, your role will be mission-critical and you will be central to shaping the core communication infrastructure of the NHS. You'll directly enable faster, safer, and more accessible patient care.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end implementation process, set clear adoption metrics and activation targets, and continually raise the bar on how our teams deliver. You will ensure product adoption is optimised across the entire customer lifecycle, from Free Trials and onboarding through to refresher and upskill training. You will also drive measurable improvements in time to value and long-term usage through scalable, data-led approaches that make a real difference to patient care.
The Unique Challenges You'll Solve...
This isn't just about delivering on projects. You'll be:
• Leading complex onboarding programmes across our GP market: managing full end-to-end delivery for customers, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring a smooth rollout of our products across diverse settings.
• Driving adoption and early value realisation: setting activation targets, tracking key adoption metrics, and helping customers get maximum value from our products as quickly as possible.
• Optimising processes for efficiency and scalability: refining and evolving workflows, tools, and methodologies to make each rollout faster, smoother, and more repeatable across markets.
• Turning customer insights into actionable improvements: gathering feedback from users, identifying adoption blockers, and working with teams to enhance delivery approaches and training resources.
• Reducing churn risk and increasing long-term engagement: proactively spotting potential challenges, de-risking contracts through structured support, and helping customers sustain product adoption over time.
• Leading and developing a small team: managing a team of up to 5 Implementation Specialists, supporting their growth, delegating effectively, and ensuring high performance across all delivery projects.
What We're Looking For...
We need an Implementation Lead who embodies our Principles and thrives on significant challenges. We're seeking the core skills below, coupled with a mindset ready for real impact.
Proven experience delivering complex projects, change management programmes, or customer-facing initiatives.
A customer-centric mindset with a track record of improving adoption, satisfaction, and retention.
Experience managing and developing a small team (up to 5 people), including hiring, performance management and supporting growth.
Strong ability to manage customer expectations, identify risks early, and implement structured mitigation plans.
Data-driven decision making, using insights to optimise processes, measure impact, and improve efficiency.
Organisational agility, able to prioritise competing demands, work independently, and deliver at pace.
Our Principles in Action...
Fix healthcare communication: Healthcare systems are struggling; our solution is communication - all of our efforts are centred here.
Raise the bar: We have built an exceptional team to solve hard challenges. We hire for expertise and new ideas, maintaining high standards, giving honest feedback, and only delivering work we're proud of.
Be a driver, not a passenger: We make things happen, focus on the right problems, and bring the energy to deliver ambitious goals.
Succeed together: We succeed only as a team. Our mission is too important for anything less, so company success always comes first.
Move with urgency: We’re on a mission, and every day lost is a missed opportunity to improve lives. We work at pace and focus on our mission, our users, and our impact.
Be relentlessly resourceful: We embrace constraints as they force us to think differently, be creative, and focus.
Embrace challenge: We value constructive conflict over harmony, having tough conversations for the best outcome.
What We Can Offer...
We believe in supporting our team to do their best work, and thrive both professionally and personally.
£70,000 - £90,000 salary + the value of £50,750 share options
