Healthcare systems are struggling; our solution is communication.
We have a bold vision: everyone involved in a patient’s care - including the patient - should be able to communicate easily with each other. And we believe every NHS staff member should be using our software to make that happen. We want to make healthcare genuinely better.
We are solving one of the biggest challenges of our generation, and to do this, we need the best talent possible to help us raise the bar… this is where you come in.
Our products are used daily (and you will have most certainly received a message from us) by over 98% of GP practices and half of NHS hospitals, impacting millions of lives. As a Talent Partner, your role will be mission critical and you will be central to shaping the core communication infrastructure of the NHS. You’ll directly enable faster, safer, and more accessible patient care through the people that you hire into the business.
We have ambitious growth plans for 2026 which means we're looking for three Talent Partners to join our team.
Two of these positions will sit within our tech hiring function and require previous experience recruiting software engineers. The third role will focus on hands-on recruitment across our go-to-market and support functions, such as commercial, marketing, finance and assistant roles.
The Unique Challenges You’ll Solve...
This isn’t just about filling vacancies with fantastic people. You’ll be:
Designing and scaling hiring processes that balance rigorous assessment with efficiency, speed and an outstanding candidate experience. You’ll ensure interviews are structured, fair and consistently delivered across the business.
Turning people data into action by analysing funnel metrics, diagnosing bottlenecks from source-to-offer, and implementing fast, evidence-based improvements. You’ll run experiments and iterate continuously to improve time-to-hire, quality-of-hire and internal mobility.
Building future talent pipelines by owning proactive search strategies, nurture campaigns, market mapping and diversity-focused sourcing initiatives. You’ll ensure we have strong benches of high-quality candidates for critical roles before the need becomes urgent.
Leading Talent projects that elevate our employer brand and assessment capability, such as improving the handover to onboarding, or developing hiring manager playbooks and interview training.
Driving an inclusive hiring process where every candidate has a positive experience regardless of outcome. You’ll champion fairness, transparency and equitable assessment, ensuring our Talent practices support diversity, equity and inclusion at every stage.
What We're Looking For...
We need Talent Partners who embody our Principles and thrive on significant challenges. We're seeking the core skills below, coupled with a mindset ready for real impact.
Experienced in recruiting for the roles we hire. You have hands-on experience recruiting software engineers or commercial roles from an in-house or RPO environment, and you understand how to navigate complex hiring processes for hard-to-fill positions.
Comfortable leading with data. You regularly run hiring reports, interpret funnel metrics, and use insight to influence hiring managers and shape decisions.
Strong stakeholder manager. You build trust quickly, set clear expectations, influence your hiring managers and collaborate effectively across People, Tech, GTM, and Support teams.
Experienced across the talent lifecycle. You bring solid in-house experience beyond BAU hiring, including contributing to Talent projects, process improvements, or employer brand initiatives.
-
Adaptable and resilient. You work well in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and stay calm, focused, and solutions-oriented under pressure.
Our Principles in Action...
Fix healthcare communication: Healthcare systems are struggling; our solution is communication - all of our efforts are centred here.
Raise the bar: We have built an exceptional team to solve hard challenges. We hire for expertise and new ideas, maintaining high standards, giving honest feedback, and only delivering work we're proud of.
Be a driver, not a passenger: We make things happen, focus on the right problems, and bring the energy to deliver ambitious goals.
Succeed together: We succeed only as a team. Our mission is too important for anything less, so company success always comes first.
Move with urgency: We’re on a mission, and every day lost is a missed opportunity to improve lives. We work at pace and focus on our mission, our users, and our impact.
Be relentlessly resourceful:.We embrace constraints as they force us to think differently, be creative, and focus.
Embrace challenge: We value constructive conflict over harmony, having tough conversations for the best outcome.

We believe in supporting our team to do their best work, and thrive both professionally and personally.
£40,000 - £60,000 salary + £31,500 share options
