We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our HR team as an intern. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative environment, contributing to the full spectrum of HR functions and supporting our rapid growth.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and posting job descriptions on relevant platforms.
- Review candidate profiles, identify potential candidates, and recommend them to hiring managers.
- Coordinate interview arrangements with candidates and stakeholders.
- Participate in interviews, as needed, to gain practical experience in candidate assessment.
- Prepare and conduct onboarding for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive employee experience.
- HR Operations and Administration:
- Assist with HR administration, processes, and employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
- Support the preparation of HR-related presentations and reporting.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including office management tasks.
- Employee Engagement:
- Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Contribute to initiatives that enhance employee morale, satisfaction, and retention.
- Special Projects:
- Depending on business needs and your interests, you may have the opportunity to contribute to special projects related to performance management, learning and development, or other HR initiatives.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR and a desire to gain practical experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute.
