We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our HR team as an intern. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative environment, contributing to the full spectrum of HR functions and supporting our rapid growth.

Responsibilities

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and posting job descriptions on relevant platforms.
  • Review candidate profiles, identify potential candidates, and recommend them to hiring managers.
  • Coordinate interview arrangements with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Participate in interviews, as needed, to gain practical experience in candidate assessment.
  • Prepare and conduct onboarding for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive employee experience.

HR Operations and Administration:

  • Assist with HR administration, processes, and employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
  • Support the preparation of HR-related presentations and reporting.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including office management tasks.

Employee Engagement:

  • Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Contribute to initiatives that enhance employee morale, satisfaction, and retention.

Special Projects:

  • Depending on business needs and your interests, you may have the opportunity to contribute to special projects related to performance management, learning and development, or other HR initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in HR and a desire to gain practical experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute.
