Altrove is a non-profit organization that enhances and supports avant-garde artistic research. Starting from muralism, Altrove continues an experimental itinerary in public contemporary art, staunch that hazardous initiatives can only generate real cultural growth. Since 2014, Altrove has been engaged in the organization of Altrove Festival, a public art festival based in Catanzaro, Southern Italy. Every year, artists, curators, volunteers, and arts lovers interweave their lives and experiences with the city and its citizens. It’s a special interaction that profoundly influences creativity and perception for artists and visitors.
