Founder’s Associate (Ops)

Location: Shoreditch, London (3-4 days per week in office)
Salary: Competitive (£40,000 to £55,000) dependent on experience

About us

Assuric is an AI-powered compliance platform (B2B SaaS) specialised for healthtech and healthcare, enabling both healthtech companies and healthcare organisations to meet essential requirements in a matter of days, not months.
This hasn’t been done before! And we’re solving an impactful problem… We’re accelerating the deployment and adoption of much needed healthtech innovations and AI, whilst ensuring safety, effectiveness and security.
Not only that, we’re moving fast and growing incredibly quickly. Since starting out just two years ago, we now work with 90+ incredible companies and organisations, including Accurx, DrDoctor, Tandem, Heidi, VitVio, multiple NHS Hospital Trusts, Accenture and more, scaling to seven-figure ARR.
We’re an Entrepreneurs First company, and also backed by an excellent group of VC and angel investors.
💡Product described by users as “transformational” and by one as “the best piece of software they’ve ever seen”

About the role

We’re looking for a proactive and driven Founder’s Associate (Ops) to support with scaling and shaping our unique start-up, covering multiple aspects of the business with a focus on ops and automations, developing into an Operations Lead role.
As a key early hire, you’ll have broad exposure across the business, from ops and product development to customer success and strategy. We're a small fast-moving team, so adaptability, autonomy, scrappiness, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves are essential.

What’s in it for you?

This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing start-up at an early stage, helping to further grow and shape the company!
You will work very closely with the founding team, in particular the CEO, and gain valuable experience in multiple aspects of tech start-ups, including ops, customer success, product development, and more.
It’s perfect for those interested in the digital health and health technology space, as not only will you gain key knowledge and experience on the regulatory side, you’ll also work closely with our incredible customers, gaining insider knowledge into innovating in healthcare, navigating healthcare systems and getting products to market.
You’ll be making a difference! We strongly believe that lowering barriers to adoption for AI and tech innovations in healthcare is one of the most impactful problems to work on right now.

What you’ll do

Operations - You’ll collaborate across the team to identify operational challenges and build solutions. You'll take end-to-end ownership of projects, from scoping to execution to performance tracking and improvement.
AI and Automations - Look at how we work today and ask: why is a human doing this? You'll take existing manual processes, such as invoicing, onboarding, and GTM workflows, and systematically automate them using the latest AI and automation tools. Our entire stack is plugged into tools like Claude and n8n.
Customer success - You'll play a key role in our customer onboarding process, managing our data entry team and ensuring customers get up and running smoothly. You'll be a key point of contact for customers post-close, helping troubleshoot issues and making sure they get maximum value from the platform.
Product development - You'll feed what you're hearing from customers directly into product, working closely with our CTO and engineering team to test features, flag friction points, and turn your customer interactions into actionable product improvements.
Future leadership - As we grow, you'll grow with us, building out scalable processes, and developing into an Ops Lead heading up all aspects of operations, and managing a team beneath you.

We’d love to hear from you, if you…

Have 1-3 years experience working in a startup or high-growth environment (bonus points for B2B SaaS or anything in the health space)
Are confident using a range of AI and automation tools, such as Claude, n8n or similar
Are an excellent communicator who builds trust quickly with our customers, including senior/enterprise healthtech leaders, and colleagues alike
Get genuine satisfaction from looking at inefficient manual processes and figuring out how to redesign, remove or automate them. You’re good at building the systems before things break, not after.
You’re highly organised and self-motivated, with a high attention to detail and commitment to customer outcomes
