Location: Shoreditch, London (3-4 days per week in office)
Salary: Competitive (£45,000 to £60,000) dependent on experience

About us

Assuric is an AI-powered compliance platform (B2B SaaS) specialised for healthtech and healthcare, enabling both healthtech companies and healthcare organisations to meet essential requirements in a matter of days, not months.
This hasn’t been done before! And we’re solving an impactful problem… We’re accelerating the deployment and adoption of much needed healthtech innovations and AI, whilst ensuring safety, effectiveness and security.
Not only that, we’re moving fast and growing incredibly quickly. Since starting out just two years ago, we now work with 90+ incredible companies and organisations, including Accurx, DrDoctor, Tandem, Heidi, VitVio, multiple NHS Hospital Trusts, Accenture and more, scaling to seven-figure ARR.
We’re an Entrepreneurs First company, and also backed by an excellent group of VC and angel investors.
Product described by users as “transformational” and by one as “the best piece of software they’ve ever seen”

About the role

We’re looking for a proactive and driven Clinical Associate to support multiple aspects of the business, including ops, NHS business development, customer success and clinical safety delivery.
As a key early hire, you’ll have broad exposure across the business, from client delivery, to business development and product development to customer success and strategy. We're a small team, so adaptability, autonomy, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves are essential.

What’s in it for you?

This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing start-up at an early stage, helping to further grow and shape the company!
You will work very closely with the founding team, in particular the CEO, and gain valuable experience in multiple aspects of tech start-ups, including ops, customer success, product development, and more.
It’s perfect for those interested in the digital health and health technology space, as not only will you gain key knowledge and experience on the regulatory side, you’ll also work closely with our incredible customers, gaining insider knowledge into innovating in healthcare, navigating healthcare systems and getting products to market.
You’ll be making a difference! We strongly believe that lowering barriers to adoption for AI and tech innovations in healthcare is one of the most impactful problems to work on right now.

What you’ll do

NHS sales & customer success: you’ll work closely with the CEO to continue scaling Assuric across the NHS, building existing relationships and seeking out new opportunities. You will be the point person for both current and future NHS customers.
Customer success: you’ll work closely with the ops team to optimise and automate various customer processes.
Clinical Safety: a large part of this role will be supporting with clinical safety for our customers. Utilising Assuric’s own AI-driven workflows, you’ll put together key safety deliverables for a range of exciting problems, such as roll out of AI receptionists across the NHS.
Product development: Use your learnings from talking to customers and clinical safety projects to feed into product development. Work closely with our CTO and engineering team to test the product and provide actionable feedback based on customer interactions
Leadership: Grow and develop into a lead role, in either NHS business development, customer success, or clinical safety.

We’d love to hear from you, if you…

Are itching to move into a fast-paced startup environment, comfortable wearing multiple hats and working autonomously without much hand-holding, and can get stuff done.
Have completed digital Clinical Safety Officer training, and have some clinical safety / CSO experience.
Are an excellent communicator, confident engaging with senior stakeholders across both healthtech and NHS organisations
Are highly organised and self-motivated, with sharp attention to detail and a genuine commitment to customer outcomes
Are confident using AI and automation tools to work faster and smarter
Bonus points if you...
Have previously acted as a Clinical Safety Officer for a healthtech company
Have experience with CQC and/or Medical Device regulations
Have hands-on experience working in healthtech
