Your Mission: Operate at the Heart of the Company

We’re hiring a Founder’s Associate to work directly with Julian on the highest-leverage problems in the business. From day one, you’ll be in the driver’s seat owning cross-functional initiatives, shaping strategy, and pushing execution forward across product, sales, operations, and compliance.

This is not a support role.

It’s for builders who want to learn how real companies scale by doing it themselves.

What You’ll Own:

Strategic Initiatives

• Lead high-stakes, ambiguous projects from idea → execution → results

• Scope opportunities, build execution plans, and drive outcomes

• Act as the connective tissue across Product, Engineering, Clinical, Sales, and Ops

Commercial & Go-To-Market

• Support and accelerate sales cycles: customer conversations, materials, deal momentum

• Help define how Asterix is positioned across web, email, conferences, and IRL channels and represent the business externally

• Identify bottlenecks in the funnel and fix them

Operations & Systems

• Design and run internal workflows across admin, tooling, vendors, and compliance

• Build repeatable processes that let the company move faster with less friction

• Help shape internal operating cadence, KPIs, and accountability

Data, Compliance & Scale

• Own data and medical device compliance processes (with engineering + clinical leads)

• Balance speed with safety in a regulated environment

• Use data and structured analysis (Excel, SQL, AI) to inform decisions

Founder Leverage

• Free up founder time by owning problems end-to-end

• Step into whatever is most important this week — even when it’s undefined

• Represent Asterix with customers, partners, and at events

Who You Are:

You’ll thrive here if you’ve already spent 1–2 years in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment such as a high-growth startup, finance, consulting or healthcare. You’re organised, proactive, and happy context-switching between customer conversations, detailed admin tasks, product research, and helping the business maintain momentum. You don’t need healthcare experience (though it’s a plus if you have it)
