Skills & Experience

  • STEM degree from an Ivy League or equivalent institution.
  • Extensive experience in the Medical Device industry, with a focus on medical imaging.
  • Proven track record of identifying clinical use cases and developing successful go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the medical device industry.
  • Experience translating market strategies into product features and technical roadmaps.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence R&D efforts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clinical Use Case Identification:
    • Engage with medical professionals, hospital CFOs, and biomedical engineers to identify clinical use cases and market needs.
    • Collaborate with the CEO to drive efforts in finding product-market fit, iterating on strategies based on customer feedback and market insights.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy:
    • Engage with hundreds of customers to develop a clear strategy for intended use cases and paths to market, including regulation roadmap, reimbursement strategies, and target customer segments.
  • Product Direction:
    • Provide clear direction to the Product team to prioritize key features and functionalities based on identified clinical use cases and market feedback. Influence R&D efforts to align with market needs and product requirements, ensuring the development of innovative and impactful solutions.
