Your mission

Cirplus is closing the loop for plastics. We do so by revolutionizing the procurement of recycled plastics, and we're seeking a dynamic and driven Founder's Associate to join our team. If you are passionate about sustainability and eager to play a pivotal role in a fast-paced startup environment, this position is for you!

  • Collaborate directly with the founder to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive the growth of Cirplus.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights in the recycled plastics industry.

  • Assist in project management across various functions, ensuring timely execution of key deliverables.

  • Support fundraising efforts, including preparing presentations and engaging with potential investors.

  • Help refine and communicate the company’s vision, mission, and values internally and externally.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing and PR strategies, enhancing Cirplus's visibility and impact.

  • Manage administrative tasks and operational processes to streamline day-to-day activities.

  • Foster relationships with partners, investors, stakeholders, and team members to promote collaboration and innovation.

Your profile
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong analytical mindset, with experience in conducting market research and data analysis.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.

  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sustainability, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a startup, consulting, or project management role.

  • Familiarity with the recycled plastics industry and sustainability initiatives is a strong plus.

  • Passion for entrepreneurship and a desire to contribute to impactful projects.

Cirplus is Europe’s largest B2B procurement platform for recycled plastics, connecting professional buyers and sellers. It aggregates and qualifies supply and demand for recycled plastics, with the goal to bring cost-efficiency, transparency and convenience to recyclates procurement in a highly fragmented market.
