At CoMind, we are developing a non-invasive neuromonitoring technology that will result in a new era of clinical brain monitoring. The Role:

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Office Coordinator to support the Operations team and ensure smooth day-to-day running of the office. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys keeping things running efficiently and creating a great working environment. Please note that this job requires 5 days per week in our Kings Cross office.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations (supplies, post, meeting rooms, general upkeep)

  • Liaise with building management and reception on maintenance, deliveries, and access

  • Order office supplies, snacks, and team lunches, ensuring spend is within budget

  • Support with health & safety processes (checks, records, inductions, first aid kits, etc.)

  • Organise company socials, celebrations, and ad-hoc team events

  • Assist the Operations team with admin tasks and small projects as needed

  • Maintain a tidy, welcoming office environment that reflects our culture

  • Support onboarding logistics for new hires (desks, IT setup, welcome packs)

  • Assist with travel booking and coordinating visitors.

Skills & Experience:

  • Degree-educated with 6+ months of office-based experience (internships, summer jobs, etc.)

  • You're helpful, proactive, inquisitive, detail-oriented, and approachable

  • You are excited about the ambiguous nature of a startup and enjoy solving hard problems

  • You’re tech-savvy and are familiar with some workplace tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft Office, Notion, Zoom, etc.)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
