Converge was founded in 2014 to help build the future of construction more efficiently, safely, and sustainably.

We're looking for a hands-on Construction Technology Intern to join our LogisticsDNA team for a 6-month adventure.

Our award-winning platform, LogisticsDNA, brings world class logistics precision to construction sites by leveraging real-time tracking, predictive analytics, and automated scheduling in a manner that has never before been possible.

You'll be on the front lines of construction innovation, deploying our groundbreaking tracking hardware at construction sites and modular fabrication facilities across the UK and Ireland. This isn't your typical internship – you'll have real responsibility and make a tangible impact on our product and customer experience.

This opportunity is perfect for an individual looking to gain meaningful experience implementing innovative solutions in the field and transform construction logistics. Depending on market conditions towards the end of the internship, there is potential for this role to become permanent.

What You'll Do

  • Travel to modular construction sites and fabrication facilities with our experienced team to install, test, and troubleshoot our tracking hardware.
  • Ensure data fidelity and system performance, verifying that our platform delivers accurate real-time insights.
  • Gather valuable customer feedback and communicate it effectively to our product team.
  • Solve problems on the fly – when something isn't working, you'll find a way to make it work.
  • Be the face of Converge to our customers, ensuring they're getting maximum value from our LogisticsDNA technology.
  • GSD (Get Stuff Done) – we're a startup, so flexibility and initiative are essential!
