Overview

Delfa is at a critical inflection: we have a proven offering which is on track to support the recruitment of thousands of participants into trials in 2026, while simultaneously expanding our offerings with new products for biopharmaceutical companies.

We are hiring a founding GTM generalist to own the lifecycle from lead generation to conversion. You will be responsible for finding scalable customer acquisition channels, refining our value proposition and owning strategic special projects.

You will work shoulder to shoulder with the CEO to drive us from seven figures in ARR to eight figures over the course of the next few months.

What You’ll Do

  • Build a world class outbound engine through a combination of deep market analysis and internally developed tooling

  • Analyse public and proprietary data to identify repeatable signals through which to target prospects at the point they are moving assets into the clinic

  • Generate collateral to position Delfa as the number one player within the clinical research space

  • Map the enterprise buying process to understand inside and out the drivers of customer purchase behaviour

  • Automate various outreach/research activities by using AI agents or data pipelines you coded yourself.

  • Create impressive demos for clients based on their need, like scraping a customer's website to show them what a chatbot could look like for them.

  • You are a builder: We sell into a complex, regulated industry where timing is everything. Traditional GTM tools are ineffective here. You will be expected to develop proprietary internal tooling and workflows which give us the edge to win.

  • You thrive in high stakes environments: Many of our customers are staking their survival on the success of their clinical programs. Your work will be the cornerstone in developing trust and credibility with them.

  • You are a master communicator: You will be developing collateral from scratch and obsessively refining our GTM story to the point where our customers feel as though we’ve been eavesdropping on their internal meetings.

  • You are exceptionally intelligent, productive and ready to move fast.

  • You don't wait for instruction: you define the problem and solve it.

  • You love interacting with AI agents like Claude Code especially using them to code some automated workflows.

Our Hiring Process

We work to get you an offer within a week with a lean process:

  1. Intro chat with Tom (CEO) - 30 mins: A discussion about your experiences, values, and career goals, and give you an opportunity to get a sense of the role and the team. After this call we may ask you to share some work you’re proud of.

  2. Case study - 60 mins: You will work together with our CEO on a case study designed to understand your ways of working and how you approach problem solving.

  3. Challenge - 90-120 mins: We’ll invite you to our office to spend some time with us. We’ll give you a real life task and ask you to work through it with us. It will be the best opportunity for you to truly see if this is the right role for you and also for us to get a great idea of how you would collaborate.
