We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Officer (PMO) with over 5 years of experience in project management, product innovation development , and cross-functional leadership. As a PMO at EverDye, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining operations, overseeing project execution, and supporting strategic decision-making. Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Officer (PMO) with over 5 years of experience in project management, product innovation development , and cross-functional leadership. As a PMO at EverDye, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining operations, overseeing project execution, and supporting strategic decision-making. Your work will be instrumental in scaling our processes and ensuring we meet our sustainability and business goals.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the CTO to define and implement project roadmaps.
- Track progress, ensuring alignment with OKRs and company goals.
- Optimize efficiency by managing resources for technical projects.
- Oversee project budgets and ensure financial objectives are met.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Facilitate R&D projects and help the team by removing obstacles
- Foster collaboration among multidisciplinary R&D teams.
- Provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and challenges.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ experience in project management, preferably in R&D, chemistry, dyeing house, or tech environments.
- Expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage resources, budgets, and risks effectively.
- Familiarity with OKRs and their application.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
- PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
- Scientific background or interest in technical topics is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French is a bonus.
