Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Store Manager to oversee and optimize store operations in Mumbai. This is a full-time position requiring 7 to 10 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will play a critical role in leading teams, maximizing sales, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction within a rapidly evolving HR tech environment.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Demonstrated team leadership experience with the ability to motivate, manage, and develop staff at various levels (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong background in sales forecasting, leveraging data to set targets, identify trends, and guide business strategies (Mandatory skill).
  • Expertise in staff training; capable of onboarding, coaching, and performance management to boost team productivity (Mandatory skill).
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a proven track record of creating positive in-store experiences and resolving customer concerns promptly.
  • Comprehensive understanding of profit and loss management, ensuring store financial targets are achieved and resources optimized.
  • Solid budgeting expertise, including cost control, expense monitoring, and resource allocation for efficient store operations.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with employees, customers, and senior management in a collaborative environment.
  • Advanced problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, able to adapt to fast-paced scenarios and drive continuous improvement.
