Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Sales Management professional to join our dynamic team in Pune on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience, with a demonstrated history of driving sales success and leading teams in a fast-paced environment.   • Extensive experience with CRM software, enabling efficient tracking, analysis, and management of sales pipelines and customer relationships.
  • Advanced pipeline management skills, including the ability to identify, prioritize, and nurture prospects throughout the sales cycle for optimal conversion.
  • Expertise in formulating and executing effective sales strategies, aligned with organizational goals to drive consistent revenue growth.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills, adept at closing high-value deals, handling objections, and building long-term partnerships.
  • A strong background in business development, encompassing market research, lead generation, and new client acquisition in B2B environments.
  • Ability to analyze sales metrics, reporting trends and insights that contribute to strategic decision-making and process improvement efforts.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels and convey value propositions effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities
