Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analysis professional to join Expertia AI's dynamic team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time position suited to an individual with 7-10 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in guiding business growth through financial insights and strategic support.

Qualifications and Skills

• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling (Mandatory skill) to develop complex projections and analysis for strategic business decisions.
• Extensive experience in budgeting (Mandatory skill) including annual, quarterly, and monthly planning for organizational efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of variance analysis, enabling identification and explanation of discrepancies between planned and actual results.
• Proven expertise in financial forecasting to anticipate trends and support effective decision-making under changing business scenarios.
• Facility in using data visualization tools to translate complex financial data into insightful, actionable reports for management.
• Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management, partnering across business functions to understand needs and deliver analytical support.
• Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail for reviewing, interpreting, and communicating financial information clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, adapting quickly to fast-paced business needs and evolving project requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance comprehensive financial models to support business strategies and investment decisions.
• Lead the budgeting process including creation, review, and consolidation of annual and quarterly budgets for business units.
• Conduct thorough variance analysis, investigating and explaining key deviations from budget to senior management.
• Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc financial forecasts that inform business planning and resource allocation.
• Prepare and present visually compelling financial reports and dashboards using data visualization techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, align objectives, and deliver relevant financial insights.
• Provide recommendations for cost reduction, revenue optimization, and process improvements based on quantitative analysis.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and relevant regulatory frameworks in all financial reporting activities.
