Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Sales Management professional to join our dynamic team in Bangalore Urban. This is a full-time position requiring 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will drive sales strategy, manage key processes, and lead a high-performing sales team for Expertia AI’s innovative HR solutions.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven expertise in sales strategy formulation and execution (Mandatory skill), ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and revenue goals.
  • Demonstrated experience in pipeline management, effectively overseeing sales cycles and ensuring timely movement of leads and opportunities.
  • Strong team leadership capabilities, having managed and motivated sales teams to consistently achieve and exceed targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • In-depth business development experience, identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients, particularly within HR or related technology sectors.
  • Exceptional forecasting skills, utilizing historical data and market insights to accurately project sales outcomes and identify growth opportunities.
  • Proficiency in negotiation, closing complex deals with diverse stakeholders while maintaining positive client relationships and company margins.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, required to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and leadership.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements to adapt sales approaches and stay ahead in the human resources industry.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aimed at expanding the client base and increasing market share for Expertia AI’s solutions.
