Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Sales Management professional to join our team at Expertia AI in Bangalore Urban. This full-time position is ideal for candidates with 7-10 years of relevant experience, who are passionate about driving sales growth and leading high-performing sales teams within the human resources technology sector.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient in managing and optimizing CRM platforms (Mandatory skill) to enhance prospecting, sales tracking, and customer engagement.
- Deep experience developing and implementing sales strategies that directly drive revenue and market expansion for technology services.
- Strong account management abilities, creating long-term relationships with clients and ensuring their business needs are met through tailored solutions.
- Expertise in pipeline management, ensuring an accurate, dynamic, and well-prioritized sales funnel to boost performance metrics and reporting accuracy.
- Demonstrated team leadership experience, mentoring and motivating sales personnel to achieve collective and individual sales targets.
- Track record of business development success, identifying new market opportunities and cultivating prospects into loyal clients.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills, enabling productive client and stakeholder interactions at all seniority levels.
