Job Overview

This is a Senior-level, full-time Sales Management role based in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will bring 7 to 10 years of proven sales management experience, driving growth and leading high-performance teams in the HRTech or service-based sectors.

  • Extensive experience in developing, executing, and iterating sales strategy to achieve ambitious revenue targets and market share growth. (Mandatory skill)
  • Strong proficiency in CRM management to effectively track leads, sales activities, and customer relationships throughout the sales lifecycle.
  • Proven track record of robust team leadership, including mentoring sales associates, fostering collaboration, and optimizing productivity across teams.
  • Exceptional ability in key account management, nurturing long-term relationships with enterprise clients and maximizing account value.
  • Expertise in pipeline development, including lead generation, qualification, and maintaining a consistent flow of high-potential opportunities.
  • Skilled at accurate forecasting of sales projections, enabling effective resource allocation and strategic planning for business growth.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills for data-driven decision making, reporting to senior management, and influencing key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt sales approaches to evolving market trends and client requirements, particularly within the HR and technology sectors.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and refine comprehensive sales strategies that align with Expertia AI’s business goals and drive sustainable revenue growth.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team, setting clear objectives and performance standards to achieve targets.
  • Build, nurture, and expand relationships with key accounts, resulting in repeat business and long-term client partnerships.
  • Oversee the complete sales pipeline, from lead acquisition through qualification, negotiation, and deal closure, ensuring a healthy pipeline at all times.
  • Utilize CRM tools to monitor sales activities, report progress, and identify opportunities for improvement and expansion.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasting reports and present insights and recommendations to executive leadership for informed business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing and product to tailor solutions that meet client needs and enhance overall market positioning.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales tactics and maintain competitive advantage in the HR services industry.
