The Field Sales Dental Senior position is a full-time opportunity based in Ada. This role is ideal for experienced professionals with 7-10 years of demonstrated field sales success in the dental sector. The position demands expertise in territory management, client relations, and dental product knowledge, contributing to the ongoing growth in the region.
Qualifications and Skills
- Dental Product Knowledge (Mandatory skill) – Deep understanding of dental equipment, products, and solutions for clinical applications, mandatory for effective consultative selling.
- Territory Management – Proven track record in establishing, developing, and growing sales territories within the dental industry to meet or exceed sales targets.
- B2B Sales – Minimum 7 years of experience selling to dental practices or related businesses, demonstrating strategic negotiation and closing abilities.
- Sales Forecasting – Demonstrated ability to accurately predict sales pipeline, set realistic targets, and execute plans to achieve quarterly and annual goals.
- Relationship Building – Excellent interpersonal skills with a history of maintaining and strengthening professional partnerships with dentists and decision-makers.
- Account Management – Experience in managing existing key accounts, resolving queries, and ensuring superior service for sustained business growth.
- Strong communication skills – Able to present product benefits clearly, handle objections, and communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
- Analytical and strategic thinking – Ability to analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and support business development initiatives effectively.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for dental products to expand market presence within the assigned Ada territory.
- Identify, engage, and convert new prospects, nurturing them through the sales cycle while building a strong pipeline of potential clients.
- Maintain and deepen existing customer relationships by providing consultative sales support and exceptional post-sales service.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, effectively conveying the value proposition of the dental portfolio to key stakeholders.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies and optimize results continuously.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and other KPIs as established by regional and national leadership teams.
- Accurately update CRM databases with client interactions, sales outcomes, and follow-up actions for organizational visibility.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure the highest standards of customer satisfaction through seamless service delivery.
