Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and driven Field Sales Specialist for our Minneota location. This is a full-time, senior-level role that requires 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven ability to manage accounts, generate leads, and drive solutions-based sales within a defined territory.
Qualifications and Skills
- Possess 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in sales, with a solid understanding of field sales techniques and client relationship building.
- Demonstrated expertise in account management (Mandatory skill), ensuring client growth, satisfaction, and retention through effective strategies.
- Proven ability to generate consistent leads using diverse channels, qualifying prospects and nurturing them through the sales funnel successfully.
- Proficient in territory planning, including market segmentation, resource allocation, and maximizing regional sales activities for optimal coverage and results.
- Hands-on experience with leading CRM software to efficiently document customer interactions, manage pipelines, and track sales progress for organizational transparency.
- Exceptional negotiation skills, adept at navigating complex contracts and pricing discussions to achieve mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
- Skillful in solution selling, aligning company offerings to solve client problems and presenting tailored value propositions that close deals effectively.
- Expertise in pipeline management, ensuring steady movement of prospects through sales stages, timely forecasting, and meeting revenue targets consistently.
Roles and Responsibilities
