• Proven experience in equipment calibration (Mandatory skill), ensuring accuracy and reliability in production machinery.
• Advanced knowledge of production operations, facilitating efficient workflow and continuous process optimization.
• Deep understanding of root cause analysis, identifying and addressing underlying issues promptly to reduce downtime.
• Strong inventory management capabilities, ensuring all materials and resources are optimally maintained for uninterrupted operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members, management, and cross-functional departments.
• Ability to mentor junior staff and lead by example, fostering collaboration and skill development within the production team.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily production floor activities, enforcing operational standards and regulatory compliance.
• Lead initiatives to implement safety best practices and ensure strict adherence to company and industry safety protocols.
• Perform technical troubleshooting for all production equipment and processes, promptly resolving technical failures.
• Oversee equipment calibration schedules, performing and validating periodic maintenance to optimize performance.
• Drive root cause analysis efforts when production incidents occur, documenting findings and initiating corrective actions.
• Manage inventory levels, coordinate with supply chain teams, and maintain accurate records of materials and resources.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and other departments to achieve production targets and goals.
• Train, mentor, and guide production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and operational excellence.
