Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Lead to join our team in Ada. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of relevant sales experience. As a Sales Lead, you will drive sales growth, lead strategic initiatives, and support a high-performance team in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated expertise in sales strategy development, execution, and optimization to achieve revenue targets (Mandatory skill).
- Proven ability to manage sales pipelines, track opportunities, and ensure effective lead conversion throughout the funnel.
- Experience in account management, nurturing long-term client relationships and identifying upsell or cross-sell possibilities.
- Strong customer relationship management skills to build trust, anticipate needs, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Excellent negotiation skills to close deals, manage complex client objections, and maximize contract value for the organization.
- Effective team leadership abilities, including mentoring junior sales staff, promoting collaboration, and driving team objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
