Sales & Marketing Manager - Salary DOE + Commission on Performance Targets + Equity - London Based

We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our growth efforts, taking ownership of our sales strategy while building and executing our marketing campaigns. This role is crucial to driving FLOWBIO’s revenue and expanding our brand presence. As an early team member, you’ll shape our go-to-market approach and play a key role in our success.

Expected Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain direct sales relationships with bike fit clinics, sports medicine/performance clinics, and boutique retailers.
  • Optimize and manage our Shopify website to maximize sales conversions.
  • Lead email marketing efforts to engage and convert potential leads.
  • Manage relationships with nutrition brand partners, driving cross-promotional opportunities.
  • Establish and grow an affiliate marketing network to expand reach and sales.
  • Activate partnerships with professional teams and athletes to promote FLOWBIO.

Your Experience: (We understand that you may not have all of these qualifications, but the following are indicators of a strong fit for the role)

  • Proven experience in sales strategy development and execution.
  • Success in building and managing direct sales relationships in the sports or health sectors.
  • Proficiency in managing e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify.
  • Strong background in email marketing and performance marketing.
  • Experience in developing partnerships and managing affiliate networks.
  • Familiarity with SEO, influencer marketing, and press relations.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
