Context
At Flowlity, we are building the most ambitious supply chain planning AI solution on the market! Supply Chain planning is stuck in the past and has been facing many intricate challenges. As of today, poor inventory management has a huge negative impact on business and environment (€2000bn+€ lost worldwide every year).
We are already disrupting the industry with our cloud based solution … and we’ve only just begun! What about getting on board and help us accelerate our growth locally and in Europe?
Key responsibilities
As a junior salesperson, your objectives are the following:
- Proactively build a strong sales pipeline from scratch whilst exceeding annual sales target
- Manage the whole sales process, from prospection to closing using a consultative selling approach
- Identify key stakeholders, understand their business challenges to spot opportunities and uniquely position the value of Flowlity at the C-level to eventually sell our solution
- Develop a valuable network and trust-based relationships with our C-level prospects, highlighting the value Flowlity adds to the bottom line
- Leverage your SaaS sales skills to identify strategic new targets and expand opportunities with clients in the manufacturing, FMCG and retail industries
Qualifications
- You have 1-5 years of experience in sales and you are a top Tier business or engineering school graduate . Saas, supply chain or B2B software sales experience is a real plus.
- You are result-driven, ambitious and resourceful, and thrive autonomously - constantly seeking opportunities for action
- Zero reluctance to pick up the phone – cold calling is a great part of the job – self-motivation and resilience : you don’t take ‘no’ for an answer
- Languages : you are fluent in French and in English. You have excellent verbal, written and visual communication skills

Recruitment process

- Demonstrate what you can bring to the team (this last part must be in English)
