What You’ll Be Doing
As a Technical Product Specialist within the Growth unit, your team will be the first point of contact for our institutional clients — including asset managers, hedge funds, and investment firms. This role is focused on enabling our Growth team to scale, allowing Client Specialists to expertly manage an ever increasing amount of deals by leveraging the data systems and platforms you create.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building AI Agents to analyse client interactions and usage analytics to reduce renewal risk, ramp outbound engagement and increase company revenue
- Building AI Agents to automate client support processes
- Providing technical solutions to enhance sales workflows
- Building [internal] data products using:PythonSQL, Databases, API Services, Javascript
- Creating and managing dashboards to display and interact with client-oriented datasets
- Using AI Agents, User Analytics and Client Data to automate data-driven, actionable insights for Business Units / product teams
