This unique position offers an unrivalled opportunity to work closely with Intropic's CEO and Intropic’s head of finance. As a Founders Associate, you will have a fast-track pathway to success: shaping critical business areas, supporting strategic decision-making, and driving operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve internal operations, automate processes, and increase efficiency.
- Brainstorm, iterate, and execute on strategic initiatives through data analysis and financial modelling.
- Produce analysis that guides strategic planning and business decisions.
- Work with the finance team in preparing and maintaining P&Ls and other key financial reports.
- Work with external suppliers and partners, including negotiating commercial terms where needed.
- Develop and iterate on KPIs to track business and operational performance.
- Assist and improve on existing month-end and year-end processes.
Requirements
- A degree in a STEM or finance-related subject (or equivalent experience).Recently graduated or up to 1 year of experience in operations, procurement, or finance.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with numbers and communicating insights clearly.
- Experience working with large data sets and familiarity with tools like Excel, Python, SQL or other analytics platforms.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to break down complex problems into smaller, actionable pieces.
- Thrives in an uncertain and unsupervised environment with a strong sense of accountability.
- Interest in pursuing a career in business strategy, finance, or operations.
