Your mission
This industry is pretty competitive and we’re in a race, so we can't share too many technical details. But basically, we're using the latest NLP and GenAI advances to help lawyers get reliable responses. We'd love to chat more in person if you're interested!
You will become the right-hand man to Raphaël, our CEO. Your role will therefore be very wide-ranging and cross-disciplinary, with a variety of tasks that are ideal if you want to launch your own start-up one day. Your main focus will be to help Jimini become the market leader by prospecting new commercial opportunities, set up new processes, improve Jimini's visibility and help with day-to-day tasks.
Your role in the team is both strategic and operational. You will participate in defining our development strategy alongside the co-founders, around four key themes: strategy, operations, sales and product. You’ll also help with a large range of day-to-day tasks.
Your role is cross-functional and your missions have an impact on the company's trajectory and will be shared with all the team.

Super interested in the GenAI & legaltech sector: it's a field that's constantly evolving, and where you need to constantly question what you know. We don't expect you to be an expert, but we do want you to be passionate and willing to invest in it!

You need to be a problem-solver: we're looking for someone who can bridge the gap between theory and practicality. This means:
Understanding the challenges of a legaltech
Experimenting and adapting ideas from related fields
Innovating and inventing solutions when there's nothing out there yet
All with the goal of solving a concrete problem
Ultra proactive and can work independently, but you also love working with a team
