We are currently looking for a UI/UX development intern to be a key part of our team who can resonate with end-users and translate their needs into features of our product. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn on the job and experience working in the agile environment of a start-up.RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES- Conduct usability testing and deconstruct our users’ digital interactions and habits- Communicate with users to understand their goals and objectives- Conduct user research and gather user requirements- Create user stories and user journey maps to illustrate design ideas- Create and maintain digital assets, such as interface design files, wireframes and prototypesQUALIFICATIONSTechnical Requirements- Higher Nitec in IT Applications Development or related field- Familiar in designing interfaces and building clickable prototypes using Figma or Adobe XD or similar- A portfolio of design experience in the field of UI/UX- The following requirements are good to have: - Prior experience with front-end mobile app development (i.e Flutter/Dart) - Prior experience with front-end web app developmentNon – Technical Requirements- Strong leadership and management skills.- Strong inter-personal communication skills- verbal and written (English).- Able to work under the pressures of a startup environmentAPPLICATION INFODrop us an email at info@kinexcs.com with your resume / cover letter (optional) with the relevant job title as your email subject.
