Kinexcs is an AI-driven digital health platform and wearables company with a mission to enable and empower people for mobility and a better quality of life. It is focused on reducing the burden of musculoskeletal conditions, which affects about 25% of the world's population. Their 1st product, KIMIA Recover, a continuous monitoring device for the knee joint, has obtained CE marking and HSA approval and booked revenues from large implant companies and hospitals. It has recently won the Innomatch grant by the Temasek Foundation (one of the 6 among 256 companies across 32 countries), and is currently deployed in some of the largest public hospitals in Singapore. KIMIA Recover is a comprehensive recovery management solution that provides a reduction in the number of hospital visits and complications. The product was also the National Winner and International Top 20 of the prestigious James Dyson Award 2020 and has gained traction with major public hospitals and orthopaedic clinics. Their digital therapy platform, consisting of KIMIA Assess and KIMIA Move products, uses artificial intelligence technology for digital MSK assessment and therapy. This platform is capable of providing pre-consultation assessments and real-time exercise guidance and feedback to musculoskeletal patients and is being adopted by some of the largest private healthcare providers in the region, along with large corporate players.
Role Overview
As the Lead Marketer, you will lead and execute the company’s overall marketing direction across digital platforms, branding, campaigns, lead generation, and product communications.
You will work closely with leadership, business, product, and customer success teams to ensure our marketing efforts are impactful, consistent, and growth-focused.
Beyond execution, we are looking for someone who can take initiative, propose ideas, improve processes, and ensure marketing becomes a strong growth engine for the company.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute the company’s marketing roadmap and campaigns
- Drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation
- Identify new marketing opportunities and growth channels
- Track campaign performance and optimise based on data and insights
- Support company positioning across B2B and future B2C initiatives
Website & Digital Presence
- Lead website redevelopment and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure website content stays updated, engaging, and aligned with branding
- Improve SEO performance and website engagement
- Coordinate with developers, designers, and external agencies where required
Content & Communications
- Plan and create content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, newsletters, and campaigns
- Manage monthly newsletters for investors, customers, and partners
- Create marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, videos, and event assets
- Work with internal teams to translate product and clinical information into engaging content
Social Media & Brand Building
- Grow and manage the company’s social media presence
- Create and maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms
- Plan content calendars and campaign schedules
- Support conference/event marketing activities
Lead Generation & Customer Engagement
- Support sales and business development through marketing funnels and campaigns
- Improve customer engagement through email marketing and digital outreach
- Explore partnerships, collaborations, and community-building initiatives
Team Collaboration & Ownership
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, business, customer success, and leadership
- Take ownership of marketing timelines, deliverables, and execution
- Bring proactive ideas and continuously improve marketing operations
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in startups, healthcare, digital health, SaaS, or technology industries
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and content strategy
- Experience managing websites, social media, and marketing campaigns
- Familiarity with tools such as Mailchimp, Canva, LinkedIn, Meta platforms, Google Analytics, or similar platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, rehabilitation, or medtech is a plus

- Experience scaling marketing for startups
- Basic design or video editing skills
- Experience with SEO and performance marketing
- Exposure to AI, wearable technology, or digital health products
