2. Cloud & Office Infrastructure Administration

  • SaaS & Identity Management: Administer and optimize our core cloud collaboration suites (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Jira, etc.), ensuring proper user access control.

3. IT Security & Compliance

  • Endpoint Protection: Deploy, monitor, and enforce antivirus/anti-malware policies across all company-issued devices.
  • Access Control: Ensure strict password hygiene, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) enforcement, and data access controls across the organization.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain simple, clear IT policies, onboarding guides, and security best-practice documentation for the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Profile

  • Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience working in IT support, desktop engineering, or systems administration. Experience in a startup or small team environment is a massive plus.

  • Cloud Knowledge: Hands-on experience managing the Google Workspace Admin Console (or Microsoft 365).
