About Kinexcs

Kinexcs provides knee health-focused rehabilitation services and technologies. We combine physiotherapy expertise, wearable sensors, movement analytics, and digital workflows to support patients through knee rehabilitation, starting with total knee replacement (TKR) recovery.

We are building a next-generation rehabilitation model that integrates physiotherapy with digital monitoring, remote engagement, and data-driven recovery tracking. Our goal is to transform the modality of rehabilitation care delivery by using technology to improve patient engagement, clinician visibility, and recovery management for both physiotherapists and patients.

Role Overview

We are looking for a fully-AHPC registered Physiotherapist to help launch and scale our knee rehabilitation programmes and digital physiotherapy initiatives. The right candidate should not be limited to following existing protocols, but should be interested in solving clinical workflow problems, improving rehabilitation delivery, and co-developing scalable services with a multidisciplinary technology team.

This role will support patient assessment and prescription, maintain clinical records as well as develop scalable workflows for future programmes.

This role is ideal for someone who:

  • Has strong experience in knee rehabilitation, including TKR, joint replacement, ACL reconstruction, or post-operative orthopedic rehabilitation
  • Is interested in using technology, devices, and digital platforms to improve how physiotherapy services are delivered
  • Is comfortable and excited to be an early clinical contributor in a new technology-enabled care model

You will work closely with patients, clinicians, and the Kinexcs team to deliver physiotherapy services supported by our digital rehabilitation platform.

Digital Rehabilitation & Monitoring

  • Support patients in using rehabilitation technologies and digital platforms as part of service delivery
  • Review patient rehabilitation data, including range of motion (ROM), exercise Performance/Activity Levels, pain scores
  • Identify potential issues and escalate when appropriate
  • Provide remote monitoring, follow-up and patient engagement support

Documentation & Clinical Governance

  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes
  • Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and professional standards
  • Participate in clinical quality improvement initiatives
  • Support development of SOPs and digital rehab workflows

Patient Experience

  • Educate patients on rehabilitation goals and digital tool usage
  • Encourage adherence to rehabilitation programmes
  • Deliver a positive and engaging patient experience
  • Provide practical feedback to help Kinexcs refine its service model and commercial rollout

Requirements

Mandatory

  • Full registration as a Physiotherapist with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), Singapore
  • Valid AHPC Practising Certificate
  • Must be able to practise independently without requiring AHPC conditional-registration supervision
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant orthopaedic rehabilitation experience including post-operative TKR, MSK, or joint replacement rehabilitation.

Preferred

  • Strong interest in transforming physiotherapy care through technology and innovative service design
  • Problem-solving mindset, ability to find practical ways to improve care model rather than relying on existing protocols or workflow
  • Experience and interest in working with digital rehabilitation platforms or wearable devices
  • Experience managing post-operative orthopaedic patients, and recognising recovery deviations
  • Growth mindset and willingness to learn

What You’ll Gain

  • Exposure and opportunity to contribute to innovative digital rehabilitation programmes and health technology
  • Opportunity to shape next-generation physiotherapy workflows
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team
  • Opportunity to work with key orthopaedic surgeons and clinical experts
  • Experience in remote monitoring and data-driven rehabilitation

Working Model
