Hey! We're Kular, the AI sales team for busy professionals. We believe AI will soon replace human salespeople, and we're working hard to build that future.

🔥 So what will I do?

As an Account Executive, you will both run your own pipeline and work directly with our leadership team to improve our processes:

  • Qualify inbound leads generated for you

  • Manage your own pipeline of business (we currently use Hubspot as a CRM)

  • Ideate on new sales processes

  • Learn from customers and influence Kular’s product roadmap

About the interview

We want to keep the interview process as enjoyable and efficient as possible! Below is a list of each step in our process, along with expected time for each step. In total, we expect the whole process to take about 2 hours of your time (including preparation).

  1. Intro Call with Layth (UK sales lead) to discuss the position, your background, your motivation and all the initial questions you might have (20 minutes)

  2. Interview with Tom (US sales lead) so we can get a grasp of your skills and experience (45 minutes)

  3. Team Meet and Mock Demo with our leadership team (60 minutes)

  4. Offer will be made and you'll join Kular on our journey!
