\nAs La Vie's CFO & Key COMEX member, you will manage financial operations, provide strategic financial insights, and ensure regulatory compliance to push our growth to new heights 🚀. You will lead a great team of 3 people in finance & accounting and report directly to our CEO & co-founder, Nicolas.
\n\nHere's what you'll be responsible for:

Provide Strategic financial leadership to guide La Vie™ in achieving its short-term and long-term financial goals.
\nWork closely with other COMEX members to develop and execute financial strategies that align with the company's overall vision
\nOversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities to ensure the company's financial health and stability
\nProduce accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, for internal and external stakeholders
\nEnsure compliance with all financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax requirements.
\nImplement cost-effective strategies and optimize financial resources to maximize profitability.
\nRisk Management: Identify and manage financial risks, implementing appropriate measures to mitigate them effectively
\nAccounts Payable and Receivable Management
\nProvide support in our Global expansion
\nManage the finance & accounting team, boosting a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement.

\nPreferred Experience\n
\n- \n
Proven experience as CFO in a Food production environment or FMCG sector
\nStrong financial analysis and strategic planning skills
\nKnowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws.
\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\nStrong Leadership and team management experience.
\nAdaptability and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
\nYou are fluent in BOTH French and English
