Mimica's mission is to accelerate the discovery and deployment of automation with AI.
Our first product, Mapper, learns patterns from employee clicks and keystrokes, identifies key steps, decisions and repetition, and generates “blueprints” for automation. Today, it supports RPA teams, that build software bots for repetitive computer tasks such as data entry, form completion and claim processing. Alongside creating process maps for automation, we've introduced Miner, which helps enterprises identify and prioritize automation opportunities.
Your mission
As our founding Partnerships Lead, you will contribute to Mimica’s success by developing and expanding our alliances ecosystem with key managed service providers and strategic technology partners. You will be expected to leverage partner strengths and capabilities to integrate Mimica into their service offerings through co-selling and co-marketing initiatives. The Partnerships Lead will be responsible for establishing the function from the ground up, which includes assembling and leading a team and being accountable for the achievement of partner performance metrics to ultimately generate mutual value and drive revenue growth.
Part of your day-to-day
- Developing, enabling, and monetizing an expanding a multi-faceted set of partners including BPOs, technology firms, and consulting companies;
- Working with partners and internal teams (sales, customer engineering, marketing, product) to optimize co-selling and co-marketing strategies for driving revenue through the partner ecosystem.
- Setting short- and long-term channel strategies and goals.
- Developing, monitoring, and adjusting the strategy, ideal partner profiles, and practices to continuously improve results.
- Establishing clearly defined goals for each partner relationship, and updating and maintaining proper reporting metrics and funnel management.
- Enabling partners through assets and relationship management, and overseeing co-marketing campaigns, including the production of collateral, webinars, and events.
- Being accountable for sourced and influenced revenue, partner success KPIs, and retention and integration adoption.
