The Role :

Join an elite engineering-driven team and have an immediate impact on defining what “voice as the next platform” truly means! Mobilus Labs is looking for a passionate Product Manager excited about defining and delivering complex systems with a user centric approach. This role will assist in delivering the Mobilus wearable communications device in collaboration with a team of engineers and designers with users in the loop . This role will also give our new team member the opportunity to explore new approaches in product development, technology strategy, user testing, and market analysis.

Main Responsibilities:

• Define and manage the produce development roadmap.
• Deeply understand customers, wearable audio technology and competition.
• Work closely with engineers in crafting clear product requirements.
• Work closely with designers in defining and developing a frictionless voice communication experience.
• Integrate user studies, research, and market analysis into product strategy.
• Ensure that product strategy is aligned with the company’s global vision and technology roadmap.
• Define and analyze key metrics that measure product success and customer happiness.
• Represent and maintain a company culture of product and engineering excellence.

Required skills and experience:

• 4+ years of hands-on product management experience.
• Ability to translate complex business challenges into easily understood solutions and requirements.
• Strong technical knowledge of hardware development and software B2B products.
• Deep understanding of platform conventions on Android and web technologies.
• Passion for connected devices experiences and the future of voice first platforms.
• Self-motivated and driven.

“Nice to have” Skills :

• Previous experience with wearables, IoT, and/or hardware manufacturing.
• Previous experience working in the construction, logistics, or manufacturing industries.
