Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the entire operations of the Jaipur office

  • Ensure high security standards are maintained throughout the shift

  • Ensure SOPs are followed by the teams

  • Ensure regular updates are shared with the reporting manager

  • Ensure reports are created and maintained regularly

  • Ensure all office related admin and financial work is managed efficiently

  • Process oriented and focus on standardizing processes and workflows

  • End to End ownership of all the transactions

  • Managing the day-to-day activities of the team

  • Have frequent discussions with suppliers and help in sorting out problems faced by them

  • Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals

  • Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets

  • Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills

  • Formulate strategies to improve performance and make the operations lean

  • Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team

  • Find ways to improve customer service and implement best practices

  • Recruit, Train, Supervise and mentor your team members and support their professional development

  • Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team

Required Skills & Experience:

  • At least 7 years of work experience, with min. 3 years demonstrable experience as Operations Manager or a similar role in a leadership position

  • Transparent & honest approach - as he/she will be dealing with stones

  • Speaks good English, written and verbal

  • MS Office and reporting skills

  • Ability to multitask efficiently with multiple counterparts

  • Attention to detail

  • Humble, honest, trustworthy

  • Shows respect & appreciation for every person

  • Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications

  • Familiarity with business and financial principles and outstanding organizational skills

  • Takes 100% responsibility with a can do attitude - Does not blame, complain, criticize or condemn
