About the Role
We’re looking for a HR Operations professional who lives and breathes systems, data, and clean processes. This role sits at the intersection of People Ops, HR tech, and execution and is critical to keeping our HR engine running smoothly as we scale.
You’ll own our people systems end-to-end, ensure data integrity across the employee lifecycle, and continuously improve HR processes so the People team and the business can move faster—with confidence.

What You’ll Do
Own HR Systems & Data
Be the primary owner of HR systems including HRIS, ATS, engagement tools, and related platforms
Manage end-to-end data administration, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability across systems
Act as the point person for system configuration, updates, audits, and data clean-ups
Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and trackers to support People and business decisions
Drive HR Operations Excellence
Own execution of day-to-day HR operations across onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, and lifecycle events
Ensure all HR processes are documented, followed, and continuously improved
Identify gaps in current workflows and proactively streamline or automate processes
Partner with payroll, finance, and HRBPs to ensure smooth operational execution
Projects, Process & Scale

Lead and support HR Ops initiatives such as:
HRIS and ATS optimization
Data hygiene and compliance audits
SOP creation, documentation, and version control
Training and enablement for HR tools and processes
Support implementation or enhancement of new HR tools as we scale
Stakeholder Partnership
Work closely with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and other stakeholders
Translate operational and system complexities into simple, usable processes
Be a trusted partner for stakeholders on HR operations, systems, and data-related queries

Who We’re Looking For
Experience
3–5 years of experience in HR Operations / People Operations
Hands-on experience in startups or high-growth scale-ups
Must-Have Skills
Strong Excel skills (non-negotiable) – reporting, audits, reconciliations
Hands-on experience managing HRIS and ATS platforms
Solid understanding of HR operational processes and employee lifecycle management
Nice-to-Have
Exposure to ESOPs / equity administration
Experience with compensation cycles and payroll coordination
Basic compliance and statutory knowledge
Visa and immigration process exposure
Prior experience working closely with HRBPs
