Our Mission

The way businesses buy stuff is completely broken. Whether it’s SaaS, hardware, or contractors, the average B2B purchase takes over 3 months, requires 50+ emails, and involves multiple different stakeholders (IT, Legal, InfoSec, Finance, etc.). No one likes the way it is and it’s slowing businesses down.

Omnea’s platform handles the entire purchasing process: giving employees an easy place to make requests (Intake), managing the necessary approvals for the purchase to be made (Approvals Engine), and automating all renewals management & supplier risk assessments. Omnea gives both buyers, and finance & procurement leaders critical visibility into how, when, and why money is being spent.

Given the current market's increased focus on capital efficiency, there has never been a more vital time for businesses to use Omnea and get control of their spend. This is why we're one of the fastest growing Series A B2B businesses in Europe, backed by tier-1 VCs like Accel, First Round, & Point Nine.

Welcome to Spend Control 2.0 — built for tougher times.

What we're looking for

We’re looking for a highly organised & proactive Executive Assistant to our Co-Founder & CEO, Ben Freeman. You will be the backbone of Omnea’s executive office, ensuring efficiency and seamless operations. Your focus will be on managing key personal & professional priorities, and providing administrative and strategic support—allowing the CEO to focus on scaling the business through the next phase of growth!

You’ll be joining Omnea at an incredibly exciting time, just as things are starting to take off! We're a Series A company having raised $25m from Accel, Point Nine, First Round, and 50+ renowned founders and industry experts. We’ve built an incredible & passionate team — every member was a top performer at their previous business - and our CEO, CCO & CFO went on a similar journey with Tessian, going from $0-30m ARR / $8-$500m valuation, and from pre-seed to Series C (Sequoia, Accel, etc.).

We've spent the past 18 months building & deploying our platform to many of the greatest tech companies out there (Spotify, Lookout, McAfee, Onfido, Typeform, Proofpoint, etc.), all whilst managing to stay lean & operate efficiently.

Now we’re ready to scale: come build with us!

What Can You Expect?

As the backbone of Omnea’s executive office, you’ll proactively coordinate, manage and keep track of our CEO’s schedule, projects and commitments. You will work closely with the Omnea leadership team as well as act as the primary point of contact to renowned investors, board members and founders in our network for all matters related to the CEO. You are someone who acts like an owner, can craft at speed and loves working in a fast-paced environment with significant impact.

You’ll provide strategic and executive support, by managing the CEO’s complex calendar, ensuring seamless scheduling across multiple time zones. You’ll own email and communication filtering as well as prioritising, drafting, and responding as necessary.

You’ll act as a gatekeeper, ensuring the CEO’s time is spent on high-impact activities. You will manage conflicting priorities and prioritise different demands, you’ll focus on solutions, and are comfortable navigating change and removing blockers.

You’ll plan, schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings and ensure agendas are well prepped, action items tracked, minutes taken and follow-ups done in a timely manner. You’ll also assist with board materials, investor updates, and briefing notes.

You’ll organise and book all travel, including flights, hotels, transfers and visas. You’ll prepare detailed travel itineraries and handle last-minute changes seamlessly.

You’ll own all operational and administrative tasks, such as expenses, invoices, and budget tracking related to the CEO’s activities. Where required, you’ll also handle key personal admin tasks to enable full focus on Omnea.

You’ll act as the first point of contact for all key stakeholders, including investors and board members on behalf of the CEO. You’ll manage confidential information with the highest level of discretion. You’ll also proactively solve problems and anticipate potential issues before they arise.

You’ll own systems & processes that improve productivity, such as identifying and implementing tools or processes that reduce admin workload and help outsource and delegate non-essential tasks effectively.
