About the Team and the Role

The Business Operations & Human Resources team plays a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the organisation. From managing records to maintaining infrastructure processes, the team ensures compliance, organisation, and operational efficiency.

As a Business Operations Associate, you will be responsible for managing company documentation systems, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and supporting facility and asset maintenance processes.

What will you do?

  • Organise and maintain structured physical and digital archiving systems
  • Label, sort, and categorise documents for easy retrieval and usability
  • Retrieve records upon request and ensure timely access to documents
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal documentation standards
  • Maintain documentation integrity, version control, and controlled access
  • Remove obsolete documents in line with retention policies
  • Support internal and external audits by ensuring documentation readiness
  • Coordinate with teams to maintain consistent documentation practices
  • Train employees on documentation processes and best practices
  • Utilise storage software and electronic filing systems effectively
  • Assist with transcription, formatting, and proofreading of documents when required
  • Support onboarding of external clinicians, including documentation, coordination, and ongoing assistance
  • Work closely with the Director of Business Operations and collaborate across verticals under their purview.

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related analytical field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, documentation management, or process coordination.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and organise data effectively.
  • Experience in documentation frameworks, process mapping, and record management systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (data analysis, reporting, tracking) and PowerPoint.
  • Basic understanding of compliance, regulatory requirements, and audit processes.
  • Ability to identify gaps, streamline workflows, and improve documentation processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management, coordination, and communication skills.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and supporting initiatives.
