About the Commercialization Team and the Role

The Commercialisation Team focuses on driving business growth by shaping go-to-market strategies,

pricing, and market positioning. As an intern, you will support market research, competitive analysis, and

commercial planning across healthcare markets. The role involves working with cross-functional teams to

generate insights and build data-driven business cases. You’ll contribute to strategic decisions that guide

product adoption and expansion.

What will you do?

Commercial Strategy & Planning:

• Develop and refine go-to-market strategies for all our product lines across healthcare markets (US and others).
• Build revenue models, pricing frameworks, and ROI analyses to support commercial decision-making.
• Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities and market positioning.
• Support the preparation of strategic materials for board updates and executive check-ins.

Market & Customer Intelligence:

• Support market research initiatives, including stakeholder interviews with healthcare providers, payers, and industry experts.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics in the US Healthcare Market.
• Translate research findings into actionable commercial insights and strategic recommendations.

Health Policy:

• Understand important health policies and their alignment with maternal and child health.
• Conduct market analysis and assess regulatory landscapes to identify barriers and opportunities for market entry.

Value Proposition Development:

• Develop value propositions for key stakeholders, i.e., payors, providers, patients, and the health system by analyzing the pain points and requirements.

Patient Care Pathways:

• Research on different levels of care, such as primary, secondary, & tertiary, and care pathways for expecting mothers across different geographic markets.
• Presents recommendations to the team based on in-depth research to formulate a strategy and support the team to understand the target market better.

Who are we looking for?

• 0-1 years of work experience; prior exposure to sales, business development, consulting, or healthcare is a plus.
• A bold, curious self-starter who isn't afraid to do things differently and takes ownership end-to-end.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills; ability to distill complex clinical and technical concepts into clear, persuasive narratives for non-technical audiences.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to research, structure information, and build compelling business cases.
• Proficiency in presentation tools (PowerPoint/Google Slides) and working knowledge of spreadsheets; familiarity with CRM tools is a bonus.
