About the Commercialization Team and the Role

The Commercialization Team focuses on driving business growth by bridging product capabilities and customer value. As a pre-sales analyst, you will support the sales cycle by conducting market research, competitive analysis, and developing tailored business cases that address prospect needs. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to generate insights, develop data-driven proposals, and shape the commercial narrative before customer engagements. You will contribute to decisions that accelerate pipeline conversion and guide successful product adoption.

What will you do?

Pre-Sales Strategy & Pipeline Support

• Support the pre-sales process end-to-end from prospect identification and qualification to proposal development and follow-up.
• Research target accounts (hospitals, OB-GYN clinics, diagnostic labs) to understand their care delivery models, pain points, and procurement processes.
• Help build and maintain a structured prospect pipeline and CRM hygiene to track engagement stages.

Proposal & Collateral Development

• Develop customized pitch decks, one-pagers, and response templates tailored to different buyer personas (clinical leads, procurement heads, CXOs).
• Create compelling ROI narratives and value proposition frameworks that articulate how Origin's AI platform improves maternal health outcomes and system efficiency.
• Assist in preparing RFP/RFI responses in collaboration with clinical, product, and commercial teams.

Market & Buyer Intelligence

• Conduct research on potential clients, healthcare procurement cycles, and key decision-makers across target geographies (US, and others).
• Translate buyer intelligence into actionable insights for the sales and product teams.

Demos & Stakeholder Engagement

• Support coordination and preparation for product demonstrations, webinars, and stakeholder presentations.
• Develop demo scripts and FAQ banks to enable smooth product showcases for clinical and administrative audiences.
• Capture and synthesize feedback from prospect interactions to inform product and messaging iterations.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with the Commercial Strategy, Product, and Clinical teams to ensure pre-sales materials are accurate, up to date, and aligned with the product roadmap.
• Contribute to internal sales enablement resources, including battle cards, objection-handling guides, and case study briefs.

Who are we looking for?

• 0-1 years of work experience; prior exposure to sales, business development, consulting, or healthcare is a plus.
• A bold, curious self-starter who isn't afraid to do things differently and takes ownership end-to-end.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills; ability to distill complex clinical and technical concepts into clear, persuasive narratives for non-technical audiences.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to research, structure information, and build compelling business cases.
• Proficiency in presentation tools (PowerPoint/Google Slides) and working knowledge of spreadsheets; familiarity with CRM tools is a bonus.
