About the People & Culture Team and the Role

The People & Culture team plays a crucial role in identifying new opportunities and initiatives that will help the company grow and succeed in the future. As a key member of the People & Culture team, you will oversee People Success initiatives across People Operations, Learning & Development, Inclusion & Belonging, Rewards, and Talent Acquisition. You are empowered to grow the team and lay the foundation for our People First culture.

What will you do?

• People Strategy: Provide strategy and oversight of the administration of our talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, learning & development, culture, and people operations.
• Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain the best talent.
• Compensation & Benefits: Formulate and implement benefit programs, manage employee relations, and introduce new people practices.
• Learning & Development: Develop and implement effective training programs for new employees.
• Culture: Harness our existing culture and values while building out internal people-related policies, including devising new ways to reinforce and improve upon our culture. Ensure a productive and motivated workforce by identifying people issues, defining goals and requirements, and recommending solutions.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor's in Business Administration or a related field, with 0-2 years of experience.
• Experience with Zoho People will be an added advantage.
• A person who is bold and isn’t afraid to do things differently. Curious and passionate about constant learning, proactive with a “can-do” approach.
• We look for well-rounded leaders and team players with the skills and drive to make an impact.
• Data-driven with the ability to analyse and extract insights to support decision-making.
• Tremendous passion to impact, build, and make people in the company happy and satisfied.
• Strong record of leadership in an academic, professional, or extracurricular setting.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively - both verbally and in writing - in English.
